Meet Chip! Our 12 years young Yorkshire Terrier is looking for a quiet home away from busy footpaths and with his own secure garden. Due to his nervousness he will need an adult only home and will need to be the only dog in the home. He will need a cat free home and can be left for short periods once settled.
Don’t be fooled by Chip’s age as he’s still full of beans! He enjoys going for short walks in quieter areas. He can be worried by other dogs and will bark at them so he’ll need adopters who are comfortable with this. Chip travels well in the car for walking adventures a little further afield. He can be little sensitive when first meeting people but once he knows you he’s a super affectionate boy. He would love a home in a quieter area as he can be worried with noises outside the home. Chip is a wonderful little dog and his youthful spirit is heart warming and a pleasure to be around. He is currently in one of our foster home and so isn’t at the centre.
Is overall a great living dog.
This is just a small selection of the dogs we have currently looking for homes. These dogs are in the care of our fabulous fosterers, and ready to start their new lives. Could one of them be your new family member?
We read all applications and get in touch with those that look like a good match for one of our dogs.
If your application looks like a good match we will contact you to arrange a home visit – this is a mandatory part of adopting.
Once the home visit is complete we will arrange for you to meet suitable pets.
We love to see updates about how the dogs are getting on and we offer rescue back up for the rest of the dog’s life.
