Description
Bear is a very handsome boy who is an absolute bundle of joy who loves to run and play. He is fully house trained and very clean and will make the perfect addition to a fun and active household.
He is going through training at the moment and knows the basic commands, sits and wait for his food and is learning very quickly. He is super easy to train as he is very food orientated.
Although he is a large dog, he does walk really nicely on a lead and never pulls. He has walked past other dogs and not batted an eyelid.
Bear is a very energetic lad, so his new owners will need to ensure that he is mentally and physically exercised. He is very clever and needs a lot of stimulation to ensure that he does not develop any bad habits. We use Likimats and Kongs filled with frozen yoghurt or treats to help with this.
Bear is a fun, loving boy, he is Akita sized, so his new home will need to be able to accommodate a larger breed of dog. We think he would thrive with an active family and children over the age of 12 years.
He is cheeky and stubborn at times, but never naughty, he is always willing to please, so therefore, we believe he would suit a home that is active and is used to large dog breeds, to ensure they can bring out his full potential.
He has been with other dogs and can be a little bit bossy and doesn’t like to share with other dogs, so we do believe he would be better suited being the only dog in the home.
If you have any questions about this beautiful boy, please don’t hesitate to ask. We would love to see him have his happy ending.
